Queue-it has partnered with the DUT STatistique et Informatique Décisionnelle (STID) programme from the University of Lille, France, to bring French students into the company as interns. In this video, CCO and Co-Founder Camilla Ley Valentin interviews CEO and Co-Founder Niels Henrik Sodemann on the benefits of having foreign student interns in the Queue-it team, as well as Professor Sylvia Canonne and student Charlotte Danel on the benefits of the STID programme and gaining invaluable real-world work experience during the study program. Queue-it, and other start-up companies, benefit from having a global team, as well as having a new perspective from a student in areas such as technology and development. Foreign student interns gain real-world experience in a hands-on, global start-up work environment, and can also enhance their English skills and technological understanding.
