Personal information does not include "aggregate" information. Aggregate information is data we collect about a group or category of products, services or users from which individual user identities have been removed. In other words, information about how you use a service may be collected and combined with information about how others use the same service, but no personal information will be included in the resulting data. Aggregate data helps us understand trends and user needs so that we can better consider new products and services, and tailor existing products and services to user desires.
After you have created an individual account, you may choose to provide additional information on your FeedsFloor profile; such as job title, company name, user picture, text about you, links to your websites, address, phone number, industry of interest, language, region and hashtags relevant to your profile and interests. Additionally, as an individual account holder, you can create networks, post in networks which you are a member of, create a customized news account and add your favourite RSS feeds to FeedsFloor. Additional information about you enables you to derive more benefits from FeedsFloor e.g. develop your network, contact relevant business partners and express your professional identity.
After you have created a corporate account, you may choose to provide additional information on your FeedsFloor profile; such as logo, year of establishment, website, corporate registration number, phone number, text explaining about your company, company addresses, company links, certifications, company specific disclaimer, embedded videos, relevant hashtags. Additionally, as a corporate account holder, you can create networks, post in networks which you are a member in, create a customized news account, publish your news manually or by RSS, create a product/service catalogue and publish your company needs. Additional information about your company enables you to derive more benefits from FeedsFloor e.g. expressing your corporate brand, professional identity, product information and assit in potential business partners finding you.
FeedsFloor personnel: FeedsFloor personnel including, for the avoidance of doubt, consultants and/or contractors may have access to user information while carrying out their duties in the normal course of FeedsFloor business.
Business transfers: in some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if FeedsFloor, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred.
Protection of FeedsFloor and others: We may release personal or company information when we believe in good faith that releasing the information is necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of FeedsFloor, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
With your consent: Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your personal or company information may be shared with third parties or used for a purpose incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, and you will be able to prevent the sharing of this information by opting out.
Your FeedsFloor account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to work to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.
Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
You can correct factual errors in your personal identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows errors.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
