WED Denmark 2017
WED is celebrated in 144 countries and 65 universities/colleges internationally! The WED mission is to empower the 4 billion women across the globe to be catalysts of change, and uplift the 250 million girls living in poverty globally.
Launched in 2014, for 4 years, Women’s Entrepreneurship Day has mobilized women worldwide to bring focus to Women Entrepreneurs.
In Denmark this event has brought together over 500 people who are interested in celebrating, supporting or becoming a Woman Entrepreneur.
WED Denmark (WED DK) joined the global initiative from the beginning and this year marks the 3rd year in Denmark, where we will celebrate, support and empower women entrepreneurs with a full day of programming!
Our one day event focuses on providing skills development to enhance entrepreneurial leadership, resources to enable thematic networking and by showcasing facts, data and resources as well as successful women entrepreneurs as role models. Attendees in the past have enjoyed making and building lasting connections with people who are facing similar opportunities and challenges. The WED DK conference is the place to get the inspiration, motivation, skills and access to role models and knowledge about resources to enable women to take the next steps in their business development.
