Important Parts Of Front-End In 2017

Web and Digital

In 2017, a lot has happened. We all have to think about how quickly things change in front-end and for the past few years which has probably come true. Front-end styles are starting to maintain- Rather than being interrupted by the competitor, libraries have gained more popularity and web development looks great.

In 2017, some of the important things that happened in Front-end system with big picture styles:-

1. The scarcity of Numbers:-  It’s difficult to say that when something big thing is the next, especially when you are still on the last big thing. Obtaining data for open source devices is difficult. Usually, we look at some places:

• GitHub star counts are coordinate with a library’s demand, but people often look at interesting libraries and never come back.

• Google Trends is useful for trends at some level but doesn’t provide enough data to accurately compare specific sets of devices.

• Stack overflow question volume is more indicative that how people are using technology but rather how popular it is.

• NPM download stats is the most valid survey that how many people are actually using a specific library. Even these are not entirely accurate as this number includes automatic downloads.

2. Frameworks:-

 • React:- React 16 was delivered in September, Without any major API changes it will bring a complete rewrite of the internal core architecture. The new version provides better error management with the introduction of error boundaries. In order to support asynchronous rendering in future releases, the React team choose to rewrite main architecture, which was impossible with the previous architecture. With asynchronous rendering, when referring the heavy applications React would avoid blocking the main thread.

 •  Angular:- Angular 4 was delivered in March. An angular application is no longer required to ship with a compiler for application views, decrease the bundle size remarkably. It also improves the server- side rendering and for improvement of Angular template language, this will add many small “Quality of life”. During 2017, Angular lost the ground compared to React. Although the release of the Angular 4 has been popular, it is now far from the top spot than it was at the beginning of the year.

• Vue.js:- 2017 has been a  great year for Vue, which allows it to take place as a premier Front-End view Framework equals with React and Angular.  Vue has become popular because it has simple API and associated Frameworks. Last year there was an explosion of development in Vue. Vue has generated a large number of popular UI libraries. One can expect that Vue will continue to grow rapidly and become one of the top two structures in 2018. For now, the React has been won but Angular is still kicking. Meantime, Vue is growing in popularity.

3. Web Assembly:- WASM provides a way to process code written in other languages, that can be executed in the browser. This code is the low-level assembly language designed to run on a near-native performance. WASM using a new API. API provides the memory constructor. All crucial browsers now support the web assembly, Chrome support appears in May, Firefox March and Safari Mobile also supports web assembly. Web assembly becomes more popular in the coming year as more tools are developed. This will change everything ultimately, but it’s still pretty new.
