Fresh Juice Factory
Agriculture lies at the end of our business. The Agricultural division is spread over 500 hectares of land and manages over 3000 cattle. 9 pivots of Alfalfa crop and 5 pivots of Rhodes grass constitute the active production area that supports the cattle with good quality roughage to augment efficient milk production. Deep wells of 350 meters form the source of water for irrigation. Machineries for land preparation, saving fertilizing and harvesting integrates into the agricultural process to improve productivity.
Milk Products
Presently our Herd consists of 1600 cows, 1200 Heifers and 259 Bull claves. The Herd is supervised by a team led by an expert veterinarian, nutritionist, two breeding technicians and supervisors. The Herd division produces hundred million liter's of high quality milk annually. The animals are vaccinated regularly against Foot and Mouth Disease, Rinderpest and Brucillosis and the cattle status is always under close surveillance. The foundation stock initially came from Germany, and was bred with top bulls of the world to maintain the genetic capability of milk production. Milking is done 3 times a day; the production varies from 28 to 33 tons a day depending on seasonality.

Date Products
The factory has a modern filling & processing technology procured from USA and Europe: Such as: Alfa Laval processing equipments, Fogg Bottle Filler, Hamba & Trepco cup filling machines, 2 BWI Fords Homatic cup filling machines, Labeling, Sleeving and Printing. A modern UHT plant was commissioned only recently. The division also has a manual line to produce high quality White Cheese and Labneh.
The factory has captive facilities to processed on a daily basis to produce fresh high quality White cheeses, Labneh, Cream, Butter, Ghee and Mahalabia. The factory also produces juices and flavored milk.
To ensure quality all Al Hana products have to meet stringent quality parameters. A well backed up Quality Control Laboratory with qualified technicians carriers out test at each stage of the production process.
