CoronaVirus Survivor Plan Review

Now it's time to walk off some of that food. If you have led a life as a  CoronaVirus Survivor Plan Review  couch potato there is still hope. You need to get in 30 minutes of mild aerobic exercise each day. This is absolutely the fastest way to lower pressure. If you can't handle a brisk walk, do what you can. The objective is to get your heart rate up so you are exercising that overworked muscle. Toning the heart muscle will do wonders for your diastolic pressure.

Stress kills and stress is probably a big issue with you right now or you wouldn't be reading this article. Understand that stress is not caused by what you may think it is. It's not work, or money, or relationships or even the long commute. Those are challenges that you have to deal with. Stress is caused when your brain perceives those challenges as threats and kicks in the fight or flight response which releases all those hormones and chemicals.

The trick here is to retrain your brain to see those items for what they are; challenges not threats. In order to do that you have to get your brain in a relaxed state so it is receptive to retraining. Deep breathing exercises, meditation or just listening to calming music can help. There's obviously more to it but these steps are the basics to reducing blood pressure naturally. If you are serious about it you can make it happen.
