Is Omega 3 Good For You? - Only If You Want to Think Quicker and Live Longer

It is now known from research carried out, that DHA and EPA fats in the oily fish actually help to lower the bad cholesterol and increases the good cholesterol in your blood,it also lowers triglyceride levels and regulates the heartbeat; but more importantly help prevent the buildup of plaque in the blood. Preventing this buildup is critical because too much plaque can lead to blood clots which ultimately can lead to heart attacks and strokes.
