Leading Global Blockchain for Business event announces 2019 dates, new focus and growth

Blockchain Expo, the leading global blockchain for business event, has announced dates for the 2019 World Series. Offering Global, Europe and North America events, the series is expected to attract over 36,000 delegates during 2019, with a brand-new focus on the future of enterprise technology.

The rapid growth of the 2018 shows meant that for this year, the venue sizes have advanced.  The events will showcase two days of top-level content from leading brands, embracing and developing cutting edge blockchain technologies. Each show will enable you to enhance your blockchain knowledge from 500+ expert speakers and network with an extensive exhibition hall of 350+ companies, including; Hyperledger, Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, Stratis, Factom Protocol, Consensys, IOTA and more.

The World Series begins with the flagship Blockchain Expo Global event, taking place at London Olympia Grand on April 25-26. The 2018 show flew with success and it is expected to grow even further for 2019. Confirmed speakers span a range of sectors, including EDF, Hyperledger, Dell, Santander, TNT, BP, Bupa, Gumtree, NHS England, Consensys and more.

Celebrating the Netherlands as a European leader in blockchain technologies, Blockchain Expo Europe will be returning to RAI Amsterdam on June 27-28.

The Netherlands has been home to a phenomenal growth in private sector, governmental and university-based blockchain projects, in fields including utilities, retail, insurance, logistics, finance and more. The line-up reflects the growth in blockchain projects across sectors, with Maersk, Gucci, Shell, Port of Rotterdam, Volkswagen, amongst the confirmed speakers.

The 2019 World Series concludes with the Blockchain Expo North America event, taking place in Silicon Valley, CA, on November 13-14. The 2018 event brought together over 10,000 delegates across the co-located Blockchain Expo, IoT Tech Expo, Cyber Security & Cloud and AI & Big Data Expo, to hear from speakers including Nick Szabo, IBM, E-ON, General Electrics, FedEx, Ripple, SAP and more.
