You will be requested to select an area or folder to save the document. Default is shown as another organizer named Gmail Mail What do my email accounts mean?  By adding your Inbox and Gmail email accounts, this means that you will be automatically marked in your Inbox, representing the usage within Gmail Mail (and not anywhere else). Gmail does not access any information in your Inbox unless you specifically choose to connect files and documents to your email.
