It is not just people who turn us off. Apparently, even mobile apps can do so. Think about the last time you uninstalled an app. What made you drag and drop it into the trash icon? Perhaps, it asked you to rate it repeatedly. Or, it sent too many notifications, was too buggy and had a prolonged signing up process. Well, several apps become a real pain due to the bad design interface and poor experience they provide. And what follows, of course, is a failed business.
