Dallas, TX – This Christmas, Santa is adding “Tent City” to his route. Matthew Newman, an East Dallas Lake & Garden District entrepreneur and founder of the Food for Compost nonprofit organization, is bringing a festive Christmas Eve dinner to “Tent City”— the area where many of the city’s homeless reside.
