Standard woven sacks:
 
  • Width range from 35 cm width up to 85 cm.
  • - Length range from 40 cm up to 135 cm.
  • - One side or two side printing up to six colors.

Coated sacks:

Sacks are coated with transparent and thin layer which gives strength to the bag and durability to bear the weight of products inside the bag.

  • - Width range from 35 cm width up to 85 cm.
  • - Coating weight from 15 gm/m2 up to 60 gm/m2.
  • - One side or two side printing up to four colors.

BOPP laminated sacks:

A layer of reverse printed BOPP can be laminated to the fabric to give an eye catching effect to the product.

  • - Can be printed either on one side or both sides up to six colors.
  • - Print repeat up to 120 cm.
AD star block-bottom sacks:
  • - Width range from 35 cm width up to 85 cm.
  • - Length range from 40 cm up to 105 cm.
  • - Different block bottom width size from 8 cm up to 17cm.
  • - One side or two side printing on sacks up to four colors.
  • - BOPP lamination, printed up to six flexographic colors.

 

AD star block-bottom valve sacks:

  • - Manufacturing valve sacks for different applications (cement, fertilizers, chemicals, ...etc).
  • - Width range from 35 cm width up to 58 cm.
  • - Length range from 40 cm up to 105 cm.
  • - Different block bottom width size from 8 cm up to 17cm.
  • - BOPP lamination, printed up to six flexographic colors.

 

Quality Control:

The film is made of high quality resin along with special additives protecting the film from the harmful effects of UV (ultraviolet) radiation.
