Number of subordinate staff members

This will provide insights of the traits such an individual should possess. There is no doubt that it can be easy to manage a small number of people and at the same time, it might be very much difficult to manage a large number of people and therefore an individual has to make sure that all things have been checked.

Once a Vice president of compliance has to be brought to action, there is need for an individual to make sure that they have checked what such a person will be doing.
