Long Awaited Tailgate Party Accessory, the Kickoff Kaddy, Takes Off On Kickstarter

Winter Garden, FL, October 01, 2014 - When partners Daryll Parker and Bob Gravely decided that their tailgate party novelty product The Kickoff Kaddy should be available to all tailgaters the question was how they would get it out to the marketplace. They decided that crowdfunding was the ideal platform to get the project funded and to ensure a market for their unique drink/container holder.
There is nothing else like the Kickoff Kaddy available to the 50 million tailgaters who spend $12 billion collectively each year enjoying their outdoor team celebrations. The Kickoff Kaddy solves the problem that all tailgaters endure a place to put their drink so its out of the way, that frees their hands to eat, that can go where they go, and that can hold everything from a stemmed wine glass to a tall 24oz insulated tumbler. Its also a great holder for sun glasses, cell phones, keys and even flowers to spruce up a tailgate spot!
The Kickoff Kaddy funding campaign launched at Kickstarter on September 30, 2014. Partners Gravely and Parker chose Kickstarter after long deliberation and research. They chose Kickstarter because of its regular 23million visitors, the 43% success rate and the familiarity of the name.
The campaign follows a rewards based format where visitors can pre-order the Kickoff Kaddy in different quantities and discounts. Funding levels start at $2 and go up to $99. Most of the levels have specific quantities available. Once the quantity available is sold-out, the company plans to reissue that reward level but likely at a higher dollar value. Most of the rewards levels have additional items of interest like an annual subscription to the digital edition of Tailgater Magazine (Official Product Partner of Kickoff Kaddy).
