I cut out dairy and meat all day and then my lastActive Lean Review meal would be with meat or dairy. Both meat and dairy are very fattening and in the Western world we consume far too much. My morning starts with a large fruit smoothie - fruits and a little water blended. For lunch I have more fruit, plus a vegan sandwich maybe with hummus and some vegetables. I also make sure that I have a salad too. By evening I will have a little fruit before my meal and then usually whatever I want within reason. I don't consume any "junk" meals. Get Support I found at the beginning of my journey my family wouldn't take me seriously I guess because they have their own insecurities about their weight. I ended up having a word with each person separately telling them how important this was to me and that I would love their support. This has helped immensely and without doing that I don't think I would have been able to progress as far as I have. If you aren't comfortable doing that, find one friend (at least) that you can confide in for support.
