Scrum is a framework for project management which can emphasize your work, accountability, and step by step process towards a defined goal. It is lightweight and can be used for dividing a large and complex project into small chunk stages.

Using scrum, you can write the few plans and make more short iterations which are called sprints. You can avoid an individual group and can work as one dedicated team. It can provide quality products after each iteration. Scrum can also be beneficial to receive feedback from your clients and through that, you can improve your product and make more reliable and interactive.
