GAZA, May 25 (Xinhua) -- Hamas security forces executed three Palestinians on Thursday, convicted for murdering top Hamas military leader Mazen Fuqaha by his house in Gaza City, the Hamas-run interior ministry said in an emailed press statement.

The execution of the three Palestinians was live before 500 people at the Hamas-run police headquarters in Gaza city.

Two were hanged and the third was shot by a death squad, said the interior ministry's statement.
