Fat Burning Kitchen Review
The subject of how to lose weight is a multibillion-dollar Fat Burning Kitchen Review business in this country. The rates of obesity in the United States are astounding. The estimates are that as many as two thirds of all individuals in this country are overweight or obese. This medical condition is putting a tremendous strain on the healthcare of all individuals in the United States.
How did we end up in this situation I was born in the mid-1950s and growing up rarely was anyone in my school overweight or obese. Also, during my youth I remember having dinner at home that was cooked by my parents almost every night. It was only on rare occasions that we went out to dinner.Although I am not a medical professional, I believe the outrageous number of overweight and obese individuals in this country are in this condition because they consume unhealthy foods that are prepared for them in fast food restaurants. I believe this because I recently went on a mission to lose about 10 pounds myself.
For most of my life I have always been thin. As I reached my 50's I was unable to exercise as much as normal because of some physical problems holding me back. Like most people I ate out a lot and was probably about 10 pounds over what my ideal weight should be.Because my blood pressure was kind of on the high side my doctor suggested I try to lose a few pounds. I had never tried to lose weight before in my life so this was something new for me to venture into. So my plan was to stop eating out is much and begin cooking more for myself.
Additionally, I would also consciously look at labels and begin to examine the caloric and fat content of the foods I would prepare for meals. After about a week or two of simply eating foods with less calories and less fat and began to lose about 1 pound per week. I was never hungry because I pretty much ate everything that I wanted. The only thing that changed was that I ate much more fruits and vegetables and ate less meat and added more fish to my diet. I was truly shocked at how easy it was for me to lose 10-15 pounds by simply changing what I ate. Nothing else changed in terms of exercise so the intake of calories from food was the only variable.
