Accuracy - there is nothing more frustrating than receiving information which nowhere near accurate. The level of accuracy of the information within the organization determines the quality and effectiveness of the decisions that will be made. I have seen companies that have spent money that did not exist just because no one paid attention to financial detail. Accuracy is an expectation on everyone in the organization if the organization is to provide relevant information to stakeholders.
Acquisitions - When a company buys another company or a stake thereof we say there has been an acquisition (from the word acquire). Acquisition happens when we purchase or procure equipment for the organization.
Administration - This is usually an element that is bundled up with financial procedures. Administration is being able to plan, organize and schedule resources. Administrative people are usually well structured, paying attention to detail and with the ability to write reports and minutes easily. (E.gs include secretaries, receptionists, administration clerks etc.
