In normal feet with presence of an arch, the stress will be distributed in an even manner so the person will not experience any kind of pain. Wet the under portion of your feet and stamp it in a paper. If the print that is left behind is completely visible including the middle portion, then the person has this condition. If the middle portion is not visible then it means they do not suffer from it.
