Our work shops produce both the required two types according to the following procedure .

According to the standard specifications , we import the raw material required for manufacturing the rams . |

The material required for manufacturing the rams is st 52.4 . |
| 1.2 |
The final surface finish of the internal diameter of the pipe is Honing with grade |

The pipe is faced from both sides according to the required length . |

The rod material is imported according to standard specifications. |

Material is Hard chrome CK 45 and is used for factory equipments . |

Induction Hardened bars is used for mobile equipments . |

The rod is faced from both ends according to the required stroke . |

The two ends of the cylinder are completely imported . |

All the oil seals required are imported according to the pressures that will be subjected to it . |

Assembling all parts mentioned above according to the drawings attached with it . |

Finally the assembled unit ( Final Product ) is subjected to the Specified test ( one and a half the operating pressure ) . |

Painting the cylinders before delivering them to the customer according to his requirements . |

Providing the customer with certificate against industrial defects valid for one year from the delivery date . |

If the requirements of the customer prefer importing these cylinders instead of local manufacturing , we import them from our suppliers abroad . |
