Archi Wood is located in the most greened area of the city of Tbilisi - Dighomi Massif. The project distinguishes with both its architecture and its beautiful location. Archi Wood facade will be faced with Belgian brick Weinberger. Archi Group will deliver the apartments to new tenants in the condition of the so called "premium frame", which means a complete "white frame" (plaster-coated strutcure) plus the installation of a heating system and the installation of low-emission glasses, which reduce the thermal conductivity of windows by 30%. Like all other Archi Group projects, Archi Wood will be built with high-quality energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building materials. In the process of construction, there are used the building blocks of the German brand Ytong manufactured in accordance with modern technologies, which in 2013 was recognized in Germany as the "Brand of the Century". Compared to conventional concrete blocks, Ytong building blocks have a 6 times lower thermal conductivity. The walls constructed with this material retain the room temperature longer. Accordingly, 40% less energy is consumed on heating/cooling the apartments. In addition, Ytong material has unique properties that prevent the spread of fire within 4 hours.

 

INFRASTRUCTURE
In Archi Wood there are open and three-level closed parking lots, designed for 165 cars. 60 large fir trees grow in the project area, to which, upon completion of the construction, Archi Group will add new green plants. In overall, Archi Wood recreational area, which provides a children's entertainment and recreation space, will be located on an area of 3000 square meters. The first and second floors of the building are reserved for commercial premises.

LOCATION
The excellent location has been selected for Archi Wood. The project will be built in one of the best places in the Dighomi Massif - in Chachava Street. The entertainment center "Astra Park" is located near the project and from Dighomi forest park, Archi Wood is only 5 minutes walk away.
