Steel descaled by this system can lengthen die life, improve burning, welding and machining operations, and provide the proper surface finish for the application of modern coatings.

In marine industries and ship building industries, steel plates are used in bulk. These steel sheets some time have contamination, rust and other impurities on the surface. Thus to remove these contaminants from the surface, we provided complete inline Surface Treatment Systems . Complete line consists of Blasting + Painting + Drying Operation. Immediately painting of blasted plates, reduces the chances of oxidization of the plate, which results in higher safety factor.

It is mainly used in the field of shipbuilding, locomotive, antiseptic project and bridge construction industries.

Structure:
1. In-and out-feed roller conveyor.
2. Pre-heater to heat up and dry incoming material.
3. Roller conveyor shotblast machine.
4. Spray booth to coat the freshly cleaned steel material with a layer of water or solvent-based primer to achieve a temporary corrosion protection.
5. Drying tunnel with slat conveyor to transport and dry the newly painted material and the continuous drying on the way to the exit of the tunnel.
