To register a Trust, Trust Deed must be executed on stamp paper on sufficient value depending upon state laws. It must be signed by the settler, witnesses and also by trustee if he/she is present. After the Trust Deed is executed it is required to be registered with the local registrar of the area. Local registrar will keep a copy of registered deed with them and hand over the original copy of the registered deed to the Settler.  More info clice here Trust Registration
