The hotel has the largest meeting and conference facilities in Egypt, including the International Convention Centre (ICC), which is linked directly to the hotel and has capacity for 2,250 delegates in its Nile Ballroom. In addition, the Nile Ballroom can be divided into three partitions – Nile Ballroom I, Nile Ballroom II and Nile Ballroom III.

1,000 delegates could be seated in the 700 m2 Nile Theatre that comprises two breakout rooms; Metro Studio and Radio Studio, with a capacity of 80 delegates each.

The Octagonal Exhibition Hall, with a capacity for 500 guests, is perfect for VIP cocktail receptions, private launches or exhibitions.

The Eman Ballroom is located in the hotel’s main building, can accommodate up to 600 delegates and is ideal for business seminars or meetings. Two additional boardrooms are adjacent to the Eman Ballroom and comprehensive business services support all the facilities.

Separate smaller rooms are perfectly suited to more discreet gatherings. Studio Misr and Al Ahram studio accommodate up to 15 persons each, while Villa 1 and Villa 2 take up to 30 delegates each.

Panorama Studio is located on the ground floor and adjacent to the Business Center. The elegant meeting room comprises the latest meeting facilities set in a contemporary design. Panorama Studio is ideal for small meetings and could accommodate different setups.
