Wood quality control: Every finished wood stand would be put on the inspecting table at the end, receiving test od stability and fastness, and sent the workshop for further process only when it passed the test.

Leather quality control: Every piece of leather is drawn by quality inspector and inspected inch by inch, so as to avoid flaws when cutting.

Finished product quality control: Every finished product would be put under spotlight to receive meticulous inspection, from sofa legs to pillows, from fibulas to stiches. Master craftsmen with 20-years- experience thoroughly inspect every set of sofa.

Cutting:

This one of the key departments in upholstered furniture manufacturing. Work flows from color checking to leather defect marking, then panel application before finally moving on to the actual cutting by hand or on the computer-controlled

Water-jet Cutting Platform.

Sewing :

Over 1,200 sewing machines of 15 different types are available to the sewing staff of 700. Among the most advanced machines are 7 pleat machines costing $35,000 each.
