The Klas company is one of very few manufacturers who do not add any enzymes or additives into our flour. We keep working to improve quality, and today we can proudly say that we are producing top quality flour the consumers can trust. Our mothers, housewives, grandmothers, bakers, all speak about their good experiences because they are the ones who have things to say. They have recipes that last, that are passed from generation to generation, as well as the advice as to which flour to use. Because if you choose the wrong type of flour, nobody can guarantee success of your dish.

Flour, as a staple food, is produced in the Klas by carefully controlled processes and controlled health and hygiene conditions. The complete production process is automated and at no point in time the wheat is exposed to any risks that might undermine its technological or health quality.

The Klas’ wheat mill is the largest and the most modern mill for processing wheat in the Southeastern Europe with total installed capacity of 450 tons per day. The Klas produces all types of flour, T-400, T-500, T-550, T-710, T-850, T-1100.  Also some special purpose flours are produced, which have very specific quality parameters. The best recognized brand in the market is the Golden Powder (T-400), which is the absolute market leader in the category of special purpose flour, as well as the flour T-500.
