BIM Modeling and Coordination :Kemet uses the design drawings for all the project’s disciplines ( architecture, structure, and MEP), to generate a model that is coordinated with clash reports and suggested solutions. A generic model using LOD 200 with basic data for modeling with no details and data input is provided.

BIM Construction 4D Simulation: In every project a time frame for phases and tasks is structured in scheduling a software such as MS project or primavera. Navis Works links this schedule to the 3D model. Kemet creates a simulation for the project construction phases, providing the ability to visualize how the progress of the project is going at certain dates as well as the movement of the cranes in site. Kemet can also provide you with cost estimation presentation on the simulation related to project tasks and progress.

BIM Cost Estimate: Kemet offers its valued clients a BIM model based on LOD 250 or 300 with detailed elements and input data for cost estimation purposes and material take off, generating schedules and adding shared custom parameters. Cost parameters are added up automatically and total costs can be summed by types, level or any desired criteria. All schedules can be exported to be further used as Excel sheets.

As Built BIM Modeling: Kemet can generate a built model from Shop drawings, point cloud, or IFC drawings, in order to visualize an existing model. This model can be used for maintenance purposes, connected to newly constructed extensions, or for documentation; providing virtual project simulating reality.

Shop Drawings : Kemet offers Clients to create BIM model based on LOD 300 and 400 with detailed elements and input data to create detailed shop drawings, custom upon client’s request. To generate sheets with client measures and callout details with keynoting and omni class classifications; importing from AutoCAD custom 2D details, and deliver 3D views and details for elements.

BIM Implementation : Kemet offers the assistance in setting off a migration plan for an organization, from the migration idea till the handover stage. At the beginning Kemet understands the client’s requirements and constraints to asses their current situation. The next stage will be implementing the following activities such as, training courses, standards development and standards documentation. The final stage is on-site project consultancy with project modeling consultation, technical support, and supplementary training courses. Infrastructure Kemet can use Civil 3D in various fields, starting with road corridor modeling, to surveying, cut and fill quantities, going through infrastructure systems such as sewer, water network systems, and pipe lines. Also connecting Civil 3D with GIS through Map Guide, Esri, ArcGIS in order to create Geodatabase records for all system objects. Lastly coordinating civil works for buildings with other AEC disciplines through Navis Works and creating 4D simulations for road, culverts, and bridges. GIS Kemet leads in the field of GIS converting raster images into vector for GIS, AutoCAD files to GIS, and produce GIS system for networks from design data. Linking with databases, Google Earth, and Autodesk Mapguide; is achieved beside software development capabilities, accurate data output, and used as design validation tool. API Development Kemet develops custom tools in Autodesk software to assist companies in their quest to increase their efficiency. By highly trained programmers, creating tools and logs inside AutoCAD based software, and API development in Revit.
