KAFFE DE YIVER - MILD & FRUITY
Clean balanced cup withtoasted almonds and nuts flavour, a round body with a fruity acidity and a sugar-ish prolonged aftertaste. It is a combination between Typica and Caturra varieties.
It was grown in Yiver Vargas’ farm called Santa Lucia, located in La Plata, a small municipality in the department of Huila, Colombia. Grown on a mountainous landscape at an altitude of 1500-200m a.s.l., under the shade of sugarcane, avocado and banana trees. It is the final harvest of an organically treated plant within a micro-lot of less than 500kg, meaning that this coffee is one of its own.

KAFFE DE LOS KANKUAMO - BOLD & CHOCOLATY
This is our Bold profile. It has a rich body with a well balanced acidity. It starts off sweet and creamy with notes of tart fruit, and finishes with a bittersweet, dark cocoa note. It’s a cross-variety
between Caturra and Typica.
It was grown by the Indigenous tribe, Los Kankuamo, in the most famous Colombian mountains called La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Thanks to its volcanic soil and different micro-climates, farmers are able to produce one of the best organic coffees in the world.

KAFFE BUENO BLEND
An exquisite blend between Kaffe de Yiver & Los Kankuamo. A creamy body with dark chocolate, almonds and sugar cane notes, complemented with a juicy mandarin acidity and a bittersweet aftertaste.
