Doing this in conjunction with eating properly will have an optimal effect.
Lift some weights. You don't have to be a professional to do this. You just need to be able to work out your major muscles groups. For your legs, you can simply walk up and down the stairs at a reasonable pace. Go up and down a flight at least 10 times. You should be out of breath by the time you get to the end.
