Half-Day Diet Review
1. Do the grocery shopping after you have eaten, and write a list of what you need. This increases the likelihood that you avoid those impulse purchases that are unhealthy.
2. Fill your life with vegetables and fruits. Some crackers and an apple makes you feel less tired after breakfast, salad for lunch is tempting and fresh, and a banana in the afternoon is going to keep the hunger away.
3. Drink plenty of water. Drink a large glass of water before each meal. It makes you feel less hollow and it does good for the whole body, not least for your skin!
