Company History
Glass Style Company was founded in 1992 as glass studio specialized in glass fusing technique, which started in offering artistic fused glass products (plates, ashtray, candle holder, necklaces, sun catchers, glass sculpture).
Glass Style Company in 2002 expanded and reorganized the studio to focus on more diverse application in glass, thereby expanding the role of glass in architecture by creating a wide variety of architectural application such as (doors, panels, wall art, lighting units, sinks and shower doors) to add a beautiful touch to home and creative appliances for commercial environment.
Glass Style company founded and managed by Walid Onsy the Egyptian glass artist, assistant professor at Faculty of Applied art, Helwan University, who has more than 45 artistic and commercial exhibitions in Egypt and worldwide .Walid Onsy is one of the fewest artists in the Middle East specialized in that technique.
Objective
Glass Style’s primary objective is to expand the role of glass in architecture and make it more interesting, exciting, and ultimately more meaningful for those who live, work and experience it.
This is accomplished by expanding the diversity of applications and the use of new technologies.

Customization is the core benefit of our technique and portfolio.
Customization of textures and designs is our specialty. We can customize to match a logo, piece of fabric, wallpaper, artwork, or even a rough sketch in our glass.
This offers architects and designers an endless selection of possibilities.

Glass Fusing technique and Characteristics
Glass fusing technique is the process in which we use heat to form and manipulate float glass over refractory moulds.
Glass fusing technique offers an exciting range of possibilities to create and capture fluid textures, patterns and optical effect. Whether custom or standard patterns, fused glass gives a unique beauty, subtlety and tactile quality.
Glass fusing technique is enormously versatile enabling it to be used in almost any application either decorative or structural for both internal and external application.
Glass Fusing technique produce a wide range of applied finishes including transparent, semitransparent and opaque effects.






Glass fusing technique is handmade customized glass with varieties of colors (color range up to 40 colors), textures and thickness (from 4 to 20 mm) based on the customer preference and type of application.
Glass fusing technique is produced at heat from 600 ᴼc to 900 ᴼc which ensure the fixation of colors (not affected by any external factors like light, temperature and any scratches).
Glass fusing technique is enhancing the artistic touch more than any other popular glass technique also it depends mainly on the customization satisfying different taste and style for each customer.

Safety precaution
Glass can be a safe glass by using secureet technique to be tempered which is applicable to be used in some designs.
Glass coating by German safety material which can be applied to the entire fused glass product, Glass Style Company is the only company that using this safety coating material in the Middle East.

Design Options
Standard textural patterns are available.
Custom textural patterns can be produced.
Standard and custom patterns may be mixed or combined within a fused glass panel.
Smooth linear elements of varying widths can be used to contrast textural patterns and provide an additional design component.
Custom graphics (i.e. names, signage, logos, and numbers) can be incorporated into the pattern.
Glass elements (jewels, fused tiles, etc.) can be laminated to the surfaces.
