Losing weight is hard, but maintaining it can be harder. If you let go then forget about ever getting fit again. Never let go of your workout regime. 

Once you have lost weight you till have to count calories and maintain it. You need to keep your self enrolled in some sort of workout regime. Make sure you talk to your buddies about how great you looked with weight loss, and motivate your self to not look different now. If you start gaining weight trust me you will fall right back into the pit where you will start hating your self again. Do not do this to your self before it is too late. If you have only gained five or ten pounds back or even more get back and burn them off. Do not become the old bum you were before. 

Your health is you health, make sure you look good, because that would effect the way you look at situations in life. Staying fit will keep you feeling healthier and happier. So do not let this weight gaining mechanism work on you. Start doing strength training to manage your eating routine and workout patterns. Do something, with your weight today. Do not think about having another scoop of ice cream and then going to the gym. That is not you, get your self working out today.
