You can never drink too much water. Get as much down you in a day as it accelerates the fat burning process. Water is a great source that helps the liver function. The liver has the ability to burn reserved fat and convert it into energy. Eat five to six small meals a day rather than three big ones. Doing this will help stem the hunger so you eat less food as your portions are now not as big. Eating less and frequent will boost your metabolism. Don't go without the morning meal breakfast. If cereal swims in full fat milk with honey and covered in sugar then I suggest you miss the likes as its fattening. Be sensible with what goes on the plate. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and mustn't be skipped.
