I have heard many stories over my yearsMela Luna Sleep Aid in practice from patients with pain. They come for a visit to the office but their second chief complaint was usually their sleeplessness. As a health care practitioner I would begin with Nonforce Chiropractic treatment for the body pain. By decreasing the pain, good healthy sleep would normally return but sometimes a patient would also suffer with stress from their job or at home. Because of that I would add a pillow to comfort their neck and help relieve the muscle tension when they slept.
Over the years I would recommend certain popular pillow brands but often I'd receive complaints from patients. Patients would say, the pillow gave them headaches, their shoulders would hurt more or they were too hard, too soft or were just too heavy. Knowing just how important the right pillow is for one's over all health and sleep I knew I could not give up. Just the same I was getting a lot of returned pillows and was getting tired of that.
I decided that a change was in order and instead of selling different brands of pillows I would not sell any at all. Yet, I had an inner nudge about pillows that persisted. What shape and how can a pillow be made so that it could be adjustable by the user, supportive to the body but also allowed deep comfort for longer periods of restful sleep. The standard pillow was adjustable but the constant gathering, punching and pulling must not be good for sustained comfort and healthy sleep.
Regular pillows, I discovered, even the expensive down varieties, have a very big down side. They may be soft as silk but the needed support is lacking. Support is found by folding and punching it just right. The standard pillow just is not predictable. Sometimes we get it right and sometimes it's really wrong and we fight and punch our pillow through the night. Off the rack pillows makes us work hard to find that sweet spot of comfort. We find comfort for minutes of rest instead of the hours we need.
