Should I believe the sign and tag off the highway now I decided to forge ahead. Then my satellite traffic alert said Road closure ahead 10 kilometres long. Again I decided to keep moving forward. Traffic was going at a good clip so why veer off into the unknown.As I crested a hill I saw traffic at a full stop ahead. Luckily about 100 yards from the stopped cars there was an exit. I quickly roared into the right hand lane and onto the off ramp with no clue as to where I was.Yes I had a GPS and certainly that helps but anyone who has followed GPS directions knows that it will always get you there but not necessarily in the most efficient manner.
