​Ema is able to provide after sales services, technical support as well as engineering assistance for all Ema’s customers in Egypt through it is factory in 10th of Ramadan which is the greatest service warehouse  for hydraulic in all over Egypt.


Therefore, our factory is divided into departments:
  
◙ the 1st department is concerned for:

Assembling all kinds of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders whoever was the diameter Or the length, we are agent of:

Stelmi                         for seamless steel honed tubes
Sider gamma           for chrome plating bars
Mso Gasket              for seals
Aston                         for seals
Univer                        cylinder kit and barrel          
In addition, we are manufacturing the piston head, rod head……..in our factory


◙ the 2nd department is concerned for:
Assembling hydraulic power units for different applications, presenting the suitable design for any hydraulic equipment & performing the required modification and evolution  

◙ the 3rd department is concerned for:
The maintenance as our staff are competent for performing general maintenance       for any hydraulic circuit installed at factories or fitted on earth moving loaders, Bulldozers, Excavator……….
In addition, one of our specification is to perform hydraulic testes, by hydraulic test bench manufactured by Aidco Company (USA)

This test can be test for the following:

  - All types of hydraulic pumps 
- All types of hydraulic Motor
- All types of valves (pressure + flow + directional) 
- Hydraulic cylinders
- Transmission
-  torque convertor 
        N.B the hydraulic test bench is the greatest one in the Middle East as it is 125 kw


◙ The 4th department is concerned for:
Designing & assembling through our technical dept., as our staff perform the design, manufacture, assemble numerous engineering system such as:
Hydraulic pressure till 500 ton, man lift, garbage cars, truck cranes And harvesters…etc 

◙ The 5th department is concerned for: 
Manufacturing all kind of seals till 520 mm as we have the unique CNC machine in the Arab republic of Egypt.
Moreover, Ema is competent in supplying hydraulic hoses supporting different pressure (till 700 bars) according to international standard.
relative to the necessary fitting for different hoses, we import these fittings   with different standard from F.B hydraulics co. in Italy, we have also crimping , cutting and test machines
