Housed in our main facility at Elobour city in Cairo is a full rotary screw compressor rebuild department. For major repairs, we have the capability to take entire units into our shop and perform complete rebuilds - often in less than one week. These repairs can include (but are not limited to) rebuilding the air end, rebuilding the motor, performing a full preventive maintenance service, replacing all gaskets / o-rings / seals / coupling elements / etc., repairing / adjusting all controls, cleaning of the unit - including a very thorough cleaning of the coolers, and the replacement of any additional needed components.
We offer very competitive pricing on maintenance parts to all brands of Air Compressors, Filters and Dryers. All units are tested for performance after rebuild you can count on. In addition, our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services ESIC specializes in rebuilding rotary screw airends for all air compressor brands. ESIC offers a reliable and realistically priced alternative to factory exchange airends. All of our rebuilds include new bearings, gaskets, seals, orings, rotor repair, shaft metalizing, oil pump rebuild, inlet valve rebuild and end plate repair if needed. On direct drive units we also service the drive motor, clean & bake the windings and install new bearings and seals.
