With so much skin care advice of people online, it simply becomes difficult to choose what is right for us. In reality, there are only five basic steps to achieve healthy and glowing skin. Here are the five basic steps for pampering the biggest organ of your body and that is your skin:

1). Step 1- Cleansing:

Cleansing is should be the most important part of your life because it removes the dirt and pollution that gathers on your skin. It is the first, yet very important step for your skin care. Cleansing your skin two times a day will help you in maintaining your skin good more promptly.

2). Step 2 -Toning:

People are mostly not careful about using toner, and end using the wrong product. In so many cases, people think it is not an integral part of the daily skin care routine. Most experts recommend that toner is very important to use. After cleansing your skin from all impurities, dirt, and oil it helps you keep your skin on the track. It moisturizes your skin and as well cleans it.

3). Step 3- Exfoliation:

On a daily basis, our skin is gathered with a lot of dead skin cells. Exfoliation is a kind of scrubbing which help in removing the dead layer from your skin. Exfoliation is very important because it reinvigorates skin. If you have any skin issues like black head, blemishes or scars then you should not ignore this step. You should exfoliate your skin once or thrice in a week as per your skin condition.

4). Step 4 -Moisturizing:

Moisturizing is one of the most important yet integral steps of skin care. Moisturizing makes the skin more supple, smooth, and soft.  It is a way for hydrating your skin. It will be a decision of wise to not skip this step. Choosing a moisturizer as per your skin type will work for oily skin gel form will work best, for dry lotions, and for normal mousse from will work best. If you will choose any moisturizer with SPF then it will be very beneficial for you because it will protect your skin from the sunlight.

5). Step 5 - Wearing Sunscreen:

The sunlight is the most dangerous factor for ruining your skin. That is why it is recommended to wear a sunscreen that contains a good SPF will work immensely. You can apply it before or after applying your moisturizer. It will help you abundantly if you will wear it 15 minutes before you go in sunlight. Reapplying it after every 2 hours is really very important.

6). Step 6 - Visit the Doctor:

If you make an appointment with a doctor, once in a while then it will help you a lot in maintaining your good skin. As we all know that skin is the largest organ of the body. Definitely, that means that it is important to take care of it on a daily basis. It will help yourself keeping away from diseases like skin cancer and etc.  Skin cancer is rapidly growing not just in underdeveloped countries, but in developed countries as well. It will be a decision of wise to visit your doctor once a month. People usually have a habit of visiting the skin doctor once in a blue moon, but it can be very destructive for them.
