Al Mal Capital is a diversified, multi-line investment company that offers a wide range of investment products and services for institutions, banks and high net worth individuals, encompassing Investment Banking, Brokerage and Asset Management. Dubai Investments owns 63.26% stake in Al Mal Capital.
Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Company is a regional satellite provider mainly focused on Europe, Middle East and African market. The company is based in UAE and distributes its products and services through authorized service providers. DI was a founder shareholder in this project and holds 5.39% of the equity of Thuraya.
First Energy Bank is an Islamic investment bank licensed by the central bank of Bahrain that focuses on investments in the exploration, production, transportation, storage and refining of hydrocarbons, as well as oilfield services and energy sector technologies. FEB also explores new opportunities to invest in the development of power generation capacity and renewable energy technologies. The Group holds 5% shareholding in First Energy Bank.
Tunisia Bay Investment Company
Tunisia Bay Investment Company, registered in Cayman Islands, is responsible for the development of a financial harbour in Tunis Bay, comprising commercial, residential, tourism, medical, educational and leisure components. Dubai Investments holds investments in the entity.
DI International
Dubai Investments International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC. The company was established in 2013 with an objective to build an international portfolio of diverse business assets across a wide spectrum of industries. Guided by a global vision, DI International targets investments in existing and new businesses in international markets, with a particular focus on Gulf, Middle East and Africa.
