DRAINAGE NETWORK CLEANING MACHINES

Drainage network maintenance calls for the use of cleaning machines. We managed to build and supply different batches of flushing and culvert cleaning machines. Our designs can be adapted to the field requirements of potential customers.

FLUSHING MACHINES:

In this type of drainage network cleaning machines, a self-priming piston pump is driven by an agricultural tractor via a cardan shaft. The pump delivers water to a self-propelled nozzle via a long hose. The forward water jet affects the required flushing action while backward water jets secure nozzle advancement in draining networks. Read More.

CULVERT CLEANING MACHINES:

This type of drainage network cleaning machines consists of two units connected to each other by a steel wire that pulls a twin-jaw bucket back and forth inside the culvert to affect cleaning. Power is provided to each unit through a hydraulic crane driven by a Diesel engine. After having collected the clogging material, the bucket is lifted along a slide so as to have its content discharged in a trailer by means of a shaker.
