Know that this flame will help you maintain Harmony on all levels of your being. See this flame as multi-colored rays spiraling from a brilliant white-fire core or as a pure white flame (the combination of all the colors). Meditate on this flame and visualize it passing through your entire being - physical, mental, and emotional aspects as well as your chakras and aura. Continue the meditation until you feel completely at peace.
