The most common example of this is the intense contraction of facial muscles, often leading to severe twisting of facial muscles.

Radiating pain refers to the discomfort in and around the chest spreading to nearby sites such as the upper neck, lower back, inner and upper arms apart from the upper part of the abdomen. Not all symptoms indicate chances of fatality but even then they can prove to be detrimental to the sufferer. Many of these symptoms are capable of leading to serious complications like chronic ventricular fibrillation in the near future that drastically raises chances of fatality.
