Are you looking for someone to talk to but don’t know where to turn? At Competencer we assemble different psychologists, therapists and coaches in lifestyle, health and personal development, and it’s easy to find someone that suit your needs.

But what type of advisor suits you? It’s not easy to know what the different titles mean, or the educational requirements for a psychologist for example. Some titles are protected by Socialstyrelsen and some not. We have put together a little guide to make it easier to know what is right for you.
