Elastomeric Coatings

Spray Elastomer Coatings technology is one of the new developments of the last years. This technology combines fast curing, even at very low temperatures, and water insensitivity with exceptional mechanical properties, chemical resistance and durability.

The development of new raw materials and improved spray equipment has made it possible to overcome the initial problems of this technology such as substrate wetting, inter-coat adhesion and surface finish quality.

In collaboration with our partners Quantum of Canada, we were proud to introduce to the Middle East the first real pure Spray Elastomer product System 550D, which has been extensively tested in many applications. Many satisfied customers in Canada, gave their support to System 550D.

We have now developed an even better System, Polycoat 750D, which is a pure 100%, environmentally friendly product, with even better physical, chemical and mechanical properties.

Polycoat 750D can be used in the following applications:

Coating for steel tanks, silos and pipes

Coating for steel or other substrate exposed to corrosion, in food & chemical plant

Industrial flooring

Earthen containment linings with or without geotextile

Liner for concrete tanks, ponds, reservoirs, irrigation ditches, tunnels etc.

Among our very early customers, for Polycoat, were Hyatt Regency Hotel in Sharm as well as Kassemtex Complex in 10th of Ramadan City, which both benefited from the excellent chemical resistance properties of Polycoat. Other projects include tank coatings for the petrol industry as well as industrial flooring for the Toshiba Industry and garage ramp lining for the Mansour Group. Savoy Hotel Sharm, Batsi Company, Pentagon Company, Porto Marina Golf Resort, Ras Elteen Military Compound and Family Park in Rehab are among some of our satisfied customers.
