I'm doing sit-ups to get a demonic drill instructor who wants to get me in tip-top shape so I can join his military corps. Quite a long time ago, this was one of Runescape gold many random incidents concocted as a way to deal with the great number of bots that set up shop in Old School RuneScape, back when it was plain RuneScape. They stopped being effective after a month or two. 14 years when they stopped being useful, they persist.
