Consist of pre-fabricated walls covered from both sides with pre painted galvanized sheet metal or stainless steel or fiber sheets. Heat transfer coefficient processed: 0.18 K CAL / H.M2.c
Molded density 40Kgm/M3

Cold rooms floor consolidated by a layer of ply wood then a layer of fiber glass then a final layer of anti scratched Epoxy. New sectors of curved P.V.C are installed between roofs, walls and floors to prevent bacteria forming. Any other inner fixtures like shelves and meet hooks can be installed by client order.
 

Pre fabricated walls are produced using a very high production technology allow to manufacture one piece without any connections to 2.5 width and 9 m height with any wanted thickness  from 4 cm till 20 cm.

Our company uses the newest metal sheet lines which allow us to produce a high standard production at the best technical specifications which help us to make installation process easier.

Walls are isolated using injected Poly-Urethanes by injection machine made by O.M.S (an Italian company) and supported by a computer device which controls all its processes and do not allow the injecting processes in case of any wrong while powering on, which accurate isolating quality and avoid any of human failure chance.
Panels are to be assembled together by Locking System or Male & Female system.
