The essential fatty acids are particularly powerful anti-oxidants as they contain an abundance of spare electrons. The most powerful healing fats are the polyunsaturated fats of hemp seed, flax seed, walnuts, sesame seed and sunflower seed as they are able to split easily and bind with toxins, which will then be eliminated. However, they must be raw. If they are heated or become deranged by oxidisation, their structure is altered and they become harmful trans-fats.

If you want to live a long and vibrant life, these fatty acids are essential! I would recommend avoiding fats that have been heated, hydrogenated or pasteurised as they will have the opposite effect. Cooked fats are chemically altered and no longer miscible with water (remember we are about 60% water) so they will clog the blood, lymphatic system, arteries and lead to weight gain and health challenges.
