We work in an international market, we provide a multilingual team of professionals on a round-the-clock 24 hour basis to help solve over the phone any technical problems, be they mechanical, electrical, electronic or programming issues.

-remote diagnosis

Our machines with remote diagnosis (Tele service), through the Internet (Ethernet) or through analogical conventional ways (Modem) allow our engineers to control the machine (there is no need to send a technician) diagnose any troubleshooting, visualize parameters on line and modify internal programmers to optimize working cycles .


We offer complete ``operation and maintenance`` training for the client qualified persons and this training is (planned and scheduled).
