TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE :

- Our team of professionals are available (24 hours) basis to solve over the phone any emergency problems; Be it mechanical, electrical, electronic or programming . Also, they are ready to make service calls on site if the need arises.

- Our machines with remote diagnosis (Tele service), through the Internet (Ethernet) or through analogical conventional ways (Modem) allow our engineers to control the machine and diagnose any troubleshooting, visualize parameters on line and modify internal programs to optimize working cycles. (There is no need to send a technician). -

- With the support of our Multinational suppliers such as Siemens, Festo, SMC, SICK, Univer, Lenz, Allen-Bradley and SKF. We can quickly and efficiently provide After-Sales services and spare parts to our clients.

TRAINING SERVICE :

As part of the integral service process, Bella Pack offers ;

  • Training programs to client’s employees by a staff of qualified service engineers .
  • Periodic refreshing training to existing staff, as well as, training new operators and maintenance mechanics.

These additional training visits is an opportunity to identify any misuse of the machine, correcting any errors to improve the overall efficiency of the unit ,as well as, updating the knowledge base of the machine operator and/or maintenance technicians.
